Shipping

We ship via Australia Post for both domestic and international orders. Average delivery time for domestic orders is 3-6 business days depending on which State/Territory the order will be delivered to. Delivery time for international orders will be at least 6+ business days. However, you may opt for express shipping for faster delivery. Estimated transit times will be provided before payment but please allow additional time for international shipping.

Return Policy

Please note that we only accept returns for orders within Australia and for items purchased at regular price on the Nina Bernice website. Items purchased on sale cannot be refunded.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging with its tag. If the item appears tampered or damaged, your return request will not be approved.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us at hello@ninabernice.com prior to sending the package so we can provide you our return address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Items must be repacked with care and returned within 10 days of receipt. Items returned after 10 days of receipt are not eligible for a refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
